La mise au point d'une nouvelle méthode utilisable pour la détection de crustacés dans un mélange utilisable pour des problème d'allergénicité est décrite. Cette analyse est assez sensible pour détecter l'ADN de crustacés dans un mélange de viande renfermant moins de 0,1 % de crevette.
